Currently using Shred Tech and AXO mobile shredding trucks, SDS offers AAA NAID Certified
mobile on-site shredding services in both locations.

PLANT-BASED SHREDDING

Our Birmingham location is equipped to provide plant-based shredding services and is AAA NAID Certified as well.
The following pictures outline the flow of materials and steps involved as they move through the destruction process in our facility.

Step One
Documents arrive at our shredding facility and are dumped into the shredding hopper.

Step Two
Documents are separated so they will not bind in the shredder.

Step Three
Documents pass through and are shredded, then they go up the ramp into the baler.

Step Four
The baler prepares the shredded result into neatly manageable bales for recycling.
