The staff of Secure Destruction Service and their families joined forces with the Salvation Army Angel Tree program and Jimmie Hale Mission Ministries Jessie’s Place program to bring some Christmas Cheer to the less fortunate. Secure Destruction employees where given $100 each to purchase gifts that were then distributed to these local ministries.
The Angel Tree program involves the community in sharing with those less fortunate in our community. The program acts as a link for donors to provide gifts of new clothing and toys to thousands of children, disabled, special needs, and senior adults who otherwise might not have anything for Christmas.
Jessie’s Place is the women and children’s shelter of the Jimmie Hale Mission ministries. Established in 1998, Jessie’s Place is a haven for homeless and hurting women and children seeking shelter while preparing to reach self-sufficiency.
The staff and management of Secure Destruction Service wishes the communities of central and Northern Alabama a very Merry Christmas!
Be a force for good and consider supporting organizations that help those less fortunate during the season and all year long.
